Ambas penas deber\u00e1n tener cumplimiento efectivo, determin\u00f3 el fallo.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el<strong>\u00a0ex GOPE Ra\u00fal \u00c1vila<\/strong>\u00a0deber\u00e1 cumplir penas de 3 a\u00f1os y 1 d\u00eda por apremios ileg\u00edtimos, 3 a\u00f1os y un d\u00eda por disparos injustificados y 61 d\u00edas por obstrucci\u00f3n a la investigaci\u00f3n.
